moovez makes delivery fast and simple. We provide scheduled pickups or on-demand (same-day) deliveries by using our web app to connect you with our driver partners.

Small Items
For situations where you’re too busy or don’t have the time and energy to make a special trip. We have drivers on the road who will gladly make the delivery for you. Household items, sports equipment, parcels, work documents, groceries, in-store pickups, clothing donations, junk for the dump and so on.
Large Items
These are things that don’t fit in your vehicle or you can’t be bothered to even try. We have vehicles that work for all load sizes and drivers that can help with the heavy lifting. Moving apartments, store inventory, furniture, appliances, construction material and anything else you need help with.
Industrial Items
We have cargo and utility trailers for the more heavy-duty delivery. Furniture, construction supplies, machinery, accessories, yard waste disposal and anything else a trailer might be able to help with.

All measurements are approximate. Cargo space varies based on make and model of vehicle/trailer. We categorize our vehicles/trailers based on industry standard dimensions but these may vary slightly according to the vehicle/trailers that gets matched to your order.

No labour expectations
No labour means our drivers expect you to load up the vehicle yourself. Labour is an added service. Things should be packed and ready when the driver arrives at the pickup location. We’ve kept delivery prices low on purpose but it only works if our drivers don’t have to spend time waiting. Our drivers can be tracked in real-time so you’ll know exactly where they are. Ideally, all delivery items are by the road, ready to go when the driver arrives so you can just pack up the vehicle and they’ll take off towards the drop-off location. Like an F1 pit crew.
Labour expectations
Labour means our drivers help carry things out and pack up the vehicle. Walking up to the door to get the items is considered labour. For extremely large and heavy items, please make sure you have enough lifters on hand to help. Our smaller vehicle drivers work alone so can only be counted on as one additional set of hands. Don’t forget what goes in must come out. If it took multiple people to get the items in the vehicle, the driver will need the same help at the drop-off location to get them out. Please have this organized ahead of time.
In this together
We are not a packing service, we are a lifting and delivery service. Our drivers will only have basic equipment to help move things. Having things packed and ready ahead of time will streamline the whole process. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Our drivers thank you!

Where does moovez deliver?
moovez delivers to anywhere in Alberta at the moment. We will be expanding into other Canadian cities and provinces soon so keep an eye out for us.

When can moovez deliver?
moovez operates 24/7. You can place an order at any time and there may be a driver online to pick it up. During more regular daytime or early evening hours there will be more active drivers available to accept orders. We specialize in on-demand delivery service and same day courier support. Use our web app to handle all your express and urgent deliveries, anytime.

Does moovez deliver large or heavy items?
Yes we do! moovez can transport it all, from office documents to big bulky furniture, just refer to the vehicle specs page during the vehicle selection process. You will be able to find approximate sizing and load capacity for each vehicle’s cargo space. Make sure to choose the vehicle that fits your delivery needs.

Can I get an e-receipt for my order?
Yes, you will automatically be emailed an e-receipt each time you complete an order. We will have your email from the sign up process.
